Ingredients:
- Fresh or Frozen Fruit: 2 cups (e.g., strawberries, blueberries, mango, pineapple, etc.)
- Greek Yogurt: 1 cup (240 ml) (optional, for a creamy texture)
- Honey: 2-3 tablespoons (optional, for added sweetness)
- Lemon Juice: 1 tablespoon (optional, to enhance flavor)
- Water or Fruit Juice: 1/2 cup (120 ml)
Instructions:
- Prepare the Fruit: Wash and cut the fruit into small pieces if using fresh fruit. If using frozen fruit, let it thaw slightly.
- Blend Ingredients: In a blender, combine the fruit, Greek yogurt (if using), honey, lemon juice, and water or fruit juice. Blend until smooth. If you prefer chunks of fruit in your popsicles, blend for a shorter time.
- Taste and Adjust: Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness or tartness by adding more honey or lemon juice as desired.
- Pour into Molds: Pour the mixture into popsicle molds. If you don’t have molds, you can use small paper cups and insert wooden sticks once the mixture is partially frozen.
- Freeze: Place the molds in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or until fully frozen.
- Unmold and Serve: To remove the popsicles from the molds, run warm water over the outside of the mold for a few seconds. Gently pull the popsicles out and enjoy!
