Instructions:
- Preparation: Peel and cut the pineapple into chunks. Peel and pit the mango, then cut it into chunks. Peel the orange and remove any seeds.
- Juicing:
- Use a juicer to extract the juice from the pineapple, mango, and orange.
- If using a blender, blend the pineapple, mango, and orange until smooth. Add coconut water and blend again. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth if desired.
- Straining (Optional):
- Pour the juice through a fine mesh strainer to remove any pulp for a smoother texture.
- Serving:
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
