Ingredients
- 5 egg
- 5 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 handful coriander leaves
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 2 onion
- salt as required
- 1 1/3 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 5 bread slices
- 3 green chilli
Instruction
- Place green chillies, onions and coriander leaves over a chopping board and chop them finely. Keep them in separate bowls.
- Now grate the cheddar cheese using a grater and keep it in a separate bowl.
- Beat the eggs in a large bowl. Then add the chopped onions, green chillies, coriander, grated cheese, salt, black pepper and milk to this bowl. Mix them well.
- Cut the bread slices diagonally. Now, dip the bread slices one by one in the egg mixture and coat them evenly.
- Place a fry pan over medium flame and pour oil in it. Once the oil is heated, place the coated bread slices into the pan and shallow fry them until golden brown in colour.
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup or chutney of your choice.
