Ingredients
- 400 grams Oreo Biscuits
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- Butter
- A 1⁄2 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp instant coffee powder
Direction
- Just like you do with an oven, preheat the cooker for 10 minutes without the lid. Keep the flame low.
- Add sugar and roughly broken oreo biscuits in a food processor and mix until you get a fine texture with no chunks remaining in it.
- Now pour the biscuit and sugar mixture into a bowl and add baking powder and coffee to it. Mix well!
- In the next step, add vanilla milk to the mixture and mix until you get a nice and smooth batter.
- Take a 4-inch baking pan and grease it properly with butter. Line the baking pan with parchment paper. You can dust it with flour if you don’t have parchment paper.
- Adjust a wire rack inside the cooker and place the baking pan on it after pouring the prepared batter into it. Insert a toothpick half inside the batter.
- Now close the cooker and cook for around 40 to 45 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean.
- Take the cake out and let it cool completely.
- Top the cake using crushed and uncrushed oreo cookies.
- Your homemade oreo biscuit cake is ready!
