Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken, about 8 ounces
- 1 – 1 1⁄2tablespoon chili sauce (the spicy Asian kind)
- 1pre-baked pizza crust
- 1⁄2small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1cup mozzarella cheese
- fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
Direction
- Pre-heat the oven to 425.
- Mix cooked chicken with BBQ sauce and chili sauce.
- Spread chicken over the crust and top with red onion and then the mozzarella.
- Bake 10-12 minutes until top starts to brown and get bubbly.
- Remove pizza from oven and sprinkle with chopped cilantro.
