Ingredients
- 1 lb prepared pizza dough
- 3/4 cup Gehl’s Premium Sharp Cheddar Cheese Sauce
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar Jack cheese
- 2 raw chorizo sausages (about 5 oz each), casings removed, cooked and crumbled
- 1/3 cup diced red pepper
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 4 eggs
- Pinch each salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley
Direction
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Lightly grease 14-inch round pizza pan; set aside.
- On a lightly floured work surface, roll out dough into 1/4-inch thickness to fit prepared pan.
- Spread cheese sauce over dough, leaving 1/2-inch border for crust. Scatter cheese, sausages, red pepper and onion over top. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until crust is lightly golden.
- Crack eggs evenly over top; sprinkle with salt and pepper. For eggs sunny-side up, bake for about 10 minutes or just until egg whites are set, or cook until desired doneness. Sprinkle with parsley.
