Ingredients
- 1 lb of ground bison meat
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
- 1 tsp of onion powder
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1/2 tsp of black pepper
- 4 brioche buns
- Lettuce, tomato, onion (optional toppings)
Method
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix ground bison meat with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Form 4 equal-sized burger patties.
- Grill burgers for approximately 5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
- Toast buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
- Assemble burgers with desired toppings.
