Ingredients
- 4 cup milk
- 3 tablespoon milk powder
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 cup fresh cream
- 3 teaspoon cocoa powder
- 6 teaspoon chocolate chips
Instruction
- In a pan, add milk, fresh cream and milk powder. Let it come to a boil and then let it simmer on low flame for 10 minutes.
- Add sugar and mix well. Let it simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Once the milk turns creamy, add choco chips and cocoa powder. Mix well to combine everything.
- Let the mixture cool down a bit. Pour into kulfi moulds and slide it into the freezer. Let it sit for 6-8 hours.
- Once set properly, take out the kulfi from the moulds and serve.
