Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado1 ripe avocado
- 1/2 can sweetened condensed milk 395g1/2 can sweetened condensed milk 395g
- 150ml Woolworths thickened cream150milliliter Woolworths thickened cream
- 60g dark chocolate, melted60grams dark chocolate, melted
- 2 tbs pistachio kernels, finely chopped2tablespoons pistachio kernels, finely chopped
- 6 popsicle sticks
Direction
- Scoop out avocado flesh and place in a blender with condensed milk. Blitz until smooth. Add cream and blend until thick.
- Divide mixture among 6 x 1/3-cup-capacity ice-block moulds. Insert a popsicle stick into each mould, then freeze for 6 hours or overnight.
- Remove pops from moulds. Drizzle with chocolate and sprinkle with pistachios. Serve.
