Ingredients
- ¾ cup non-dairy milk
- ¼ cup non-dairy yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1 ½ teaspoons cacao powder
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon flax seeds
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ cup fresh raspberries
- 4-5 fresh strawberries
- ⅔ cup frozen sweet cherries
- squeeze fresh lemon juice, optional
Instructions
- In an upright blender, combine the non-dairy milk, non-dairy yogurt, almond butter, chocolate protein powder, cacao powder, chia seeds, flax seeds, salt, vanilla, raspberries, strawberries, frozen cherries, and lemon juice (if using). Blend on high until completely smooth.
