Ingredients
- ¾ cup soy milk
- ¼ cup brewed coffee, cooled
- ½ medium banana, frozen
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee granules
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 (1 gram) packets stevia powder
- 5 to 6 ice cubes, or as needed
Directions
- Combine soy milk, coffee, banana, peanut butter, coffee granules, vanilla, stevia powder, and ice cubes in a blender; blend until smooth.
Cook’s Note:
Any plant-based milk can be used instead of soy milk.
