Ingredients
- 10 ounces unsweetened coconut milk or low fat milk
- 1 cup frozen banana chunks, approx 1 banana
- 1/2 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup fresh mango chunks
- 1/2 teaspoon truvia sweetener
- optional: toasted flaked coconut to garnish
Method
- Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into 2 serving glasses and sprinkle with toasted coconut.
