Ingredients
- 2 cups unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp MCT oil
- 1 cup ice cubes
Method
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Divide the smoothie into 4 glasses and serve immediately.
