Ingredients
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 cup diced watermelon
- 2 kale leaves, torn
- ¼–½ cup fresh mint (to your taste)
- ½ of a lime, peeled
Direction
- Add all of the ingredients to an upright blender. Blend until almost smooth.
- Pour through a very fine mesh sieve, or through a semi fine mesh sieve lined with cheesecloth, into a large bowl. Squeeze as much juice as possible out of the pulp. Pour the juice into a glass and enjoy!
- You can also store the juice in a jar in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
