Ingredients
- 80 g Leftover Chicken
- 3 pieces Frozen Paratha
- ½ cup Grated Cheese
- Vegetable Oil

- 1 Oil Brush
Instructions
- Using directly from frozen, slice the frozen paratha into halves.
- Divide leftover chicken onto the middle of each paratha halves and top with grated cheese.80 g Leftover Chicken,3 pieces Frozen Paratha,½ cup Grated Cheese
- Fold the edges into triangles. Use a fork to press down the edges to seal the samosas.
- Preheat the air fryer to 180°C. Brush each paratha samosa with vegetable oil and cook for 5 minutes.

- Flip to the other side, brush with more oil if needed, and cook for another 5 minutes until golden in colour. Serve immediately with a dipping sauce of your choice.
