- 4 large carrots
- 3 oranges
- 1 inch ginger (optional)
Instructions:
- Preparation: Wash and peel the carrots. Peel the oranges and remove any seeds. If using, peel the ginger.
- Juicing:
- Use a juicer to extract the juice from the carrots, oranges, and ginger.
- If using a blender, blend the carrots and ginger with a little water until smooth. Then add the orange segments and blend again. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth.
- Straining (Optional):
- Pour the juice through a fine mesh strainer to remove any pulp for a smoother texture.
- Serving:
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
