- 1 head cauliflower, grated or finely chopped (or 4 cups of pre-riced cauliflower)
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Pizza toppings of your choice (e.g., marinara sauce, shredded cheese, vegetables, pepperoni, etc.)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place grated or chopped cauliflower in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high for 5-6 minutes until softened.
- Let cauliflower cool slightly, then place in a clean kitchen towel or cheesecloth and squeeze out as much moisture as possible.
- In a large bowl, combine cauliflower, shredded mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, dried oregano, garlic powder, beaten eggs, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined and forms a dough-like consistency.
- Transfer cauliflower mixture to the prepared baking sheet and press into a thin, round crust shape.
- Bake crust in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and firm.
- Remove crust from oven and top with desired pizza toppings.
- Return pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes until toppings are heated through and cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Slice and serve hot.
