Ingredients
For the Meatballs
- Minced Chicken – 250 grams
- Chilli Powder – ½ tsp
- Pepper Powder – ½ tsp
- Coriander Leaves – 2 tblspn finely chopped
- Green Chilli – 1 tsp finely chopped
- Parmesan Cheese – ½ cup grated
- Bread Crumbs – 2 tblspn
- Salt to taste
- Italian Seasoning – 1 tsp
- Oil – 3 tblspn
For Sauce
- Tomato – 5 large chopped & Pureed
- Garlic – 2 tblspn finely chopped
- Onion – 1 medium size chopped finely
- Green Chilli – 1 finely chopped
- Oregano – ½ tsp
- Basil – ½ tsp
- Tomato ketchup – 3 tblspn
- Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
- Pepper Powder – ½ tsp
- Water as needed
- Salt to taste
- Sugar – 1 tsp
- Coriander Leaves – 2 tblspn finely chopped
For Sandwich
- White Bread Slices – 10
- Egg – 5
- Mozarella Cheese as needed
- Coriander Leaves as needed chopped
- Butter as needed for frying
- Oil as needed to fry eggs
Instruction
- Start by mixing all the ingredients for meatballs. Shape into a balls.
- Heat oil in a pan, drop meatballs in and fry till it gets nice colour. Drain and set aside.
- In the same oil, add in garlic, onion and chilli. Saute for a min.
- Add in salt and sugar and cook till it gets golden.
- Add in tomato puree,chilli and pepper powder. Cook till the sauce is reduced.
- Now add in water, oregano, basil and mix well.
- Drop meatballs in and cook on a low heat for 15 mins.
- Add coriander leaves and mix well. Sauce done.
- Drizzle oil in a pan and fry couple of eggs.
- Now take a bread slice, top with egg, cheese, coriander leaves, meat ball and cover with another slice of bread.
- Toast this in a buttered tawa till golden on both sides.
- Serve hot.
