Ingredients
- 8 fl oz plain unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt
- 1 large banana, sliced
- 2 tbsp Peanut Butter & Co. Cocoa Peanut Powder
- 2 tbsp Peanut Butter & Co. Vanilla Peanut Powder
- 1 1/2 tsp granulated stevia
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Method
- Place all of the ingredients (except bananas) in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Line one side of each popsicle mold with sliced bananas & pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
- Freeze for 30 minutes before inserting the popsicle sticks.
- Freeze them until frozen solid (approx. 4-6 hours).
