Ingredients
- 1 black sapote
- ice
- 1 cup chocolate-flavored almond milk
Directions
- Break open the sapote and pull out the pulp. Discard seeds and skin.
- Combine sapote, ice, and almond milk in a blender; blend until smooth.
Cook’s Notes:
Sapote is ripe when it starts to leak a black juice. You can leave it on your counter for quite a while until it’s ready to go.
