Ingredients
- 20 oz mangoes (peeled, pit removed, cut into chunks)
- 6 oz fresh pineapple (peeled and cut into slices)
- 0.5 oz ginger (peeled and minced)
- 8 mint leaves (divided)
- 2 cups ice
Direction
- In a blender, combine 2 cups ice, 20 oz mangoes, 6 oz pineapple, 0.5 oz ginger, 4 mint leaves.
- Blend at high speed in 20 – 30 seconds until completely smooth.
- Pour the smoothie into four glasses
- Top with the remaining mint leaves on each glass, and serve.
