M&Ms Brownie Cookies

Equipment

• Hand mixer
• Medium cookie scoop
• Cookie Sheets
• Parchment paper or Silicone Baking mats

Ingredients

• 1 box brownie mix with chocolate chips 18oz.
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 6 tablespoons vegetable oil
• 2 large eggs
• 1 cup M&Ms

Instruction

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F/190°C, and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or silicone mat.
2. In a large bowl, combine the brownie mix with flour, oil, and eggs.
3. Using a spatula or a hand held mixer, mix until combined. Fold in or mix in the M&M’s. The dough will be stiff.
4. Using a medium cookie scoop (2 tbsp size), scoop out dough balls then decorate with extra M&M’s on top.
5. Bake for 11 minutes.
6. Remove from the oven, allow to cool down on the pan for 5 minutes then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
