- 12 oz (340g) pasta of your choice (spaghetti, fettuccine, or penne)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 zucchini, thinly sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for serving)
- Fresh basil leaves, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add sliced onion and minced garlic. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until onion is translucent.
- Add bell pepper, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, and broccoli florets to the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine with the vegetables.
- Serve Pasta Primavera hot, optionally garnished with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped fresh basil.
