Ingredients
- 1 California Goldminer Sourdough Flute bread, sliced ½-inch thick
- 10 oz. Mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup blackberries
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1 cup sliced apricot
Direction
- Heat broiler. Arrange flute slices on a baking sheet and toast under broiler until lightly golden (approximately 1-2 minutes).
- Spread Mascarpone on each toasted slice. Top with berries, apricot and a pinch of mint.
