Ingredients
- 2 large Pizza Bases (see notes)
- ½ cup Tomato Paste
- ½ Brown / Yellow Onion, finely diced
- ½ Red Capsicum / Bell Pepper, finely diced
- 100g / 3.5 oz Baby Spinach, roughly chopped
- 4 White Mushrooms, thinly sliced
- ½ cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
- 1 ½ cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (or more, to taste)
Direction
- Preheat the oven to 200C / 390F and line two baking trays with baking paper. Place a pizza base on each tray, then spread tomato paste across the pizza bases. Next, layer toppings evenly across the bases in order of mozzarella, spinach, onion, bell pepper / capsicum, mushrooms and feta.
- Bake for 15 minutes, or until the base is crisp and the cheese is golden. Cut each pizza into even slices and serve hot.
