- French beans (blanched) 1/2 cup Broccoli (blanched) 1/2 cup Carrot (blanched) 1/2 cup

- Ingredients for White Sauce: Milk 1 ½ cup All-purpose flour 3 tbsp Butter 1/4 cup Salt 1 tsp / to taste Black pepper crushed 1 tsp Oregano 1/2 tsp Onion (chopped) 1/2 cup Garlic (chopped) 1 tsp
Directions
1 . In a bowl add chicken, cut it from middle. Add salt, black pepper, thyme, paprika, garlic, tabasco sauce and marinate for 15-20 mins.
2 . In a pan heat butter add place marinated chicken breast. Cook each side for 4-5 mins. Your Chicken Steak is ready.
3 . In a pan heat butter and add potato wedges. Cook until crispy.
4 . Add French beans, broccoli, carrots, tomatoes and cook over high flame for 2-3 mins. Your Sauteed veggies are ready.
5 . In the pan heat butter and add onion and cook for a minute. Add garlic and cook for few seconds. Add flour and cook until fragrant.
