Ingredients
- 2 cups Milk (cow, almond, coconut, oat, etc)
- 2 cups Frozen Strawberries (may use fresh)
- 1 ripe Banana
- 1-2 Tablespoons Honey
- Ice (optional)
Optional Add-ins
- 2 Tablespoons Almond Butter (optional)
- 1-2 cups Baby Spinach
- Chia Seeds, Flax Seeds, Hemp
Instruction
- In a blender, add milk, strawberries, banana, honey, almond butter (if using), and ice. Blend until creamy and smooth.
- If using frozen strawberries and banana, you may not need ice. If you are using fresh ingredients, make sure to add ice.
