Ingredients
- ¼ cup cocoa
- 2 cups plain flour
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 100g butter, melted
- ¾ cup Chelsea White Sugar
- 2 eggs
- ½ teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate pieces
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200oC conventional or 180o C fan forced.2
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl until just combined and moistened.3
- Spoon into well-greased 1/3 cup muffin pans and bake for 15-18 minutes. Cool on a wire rack
