- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, rice, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, cheese, onion, peas, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour mixture into a greased casserole dish.
- Cover and bake for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until bubbly and rice is tender.
