Ingredients
- 6 whole grain pita breads
- 3/4 cup pizza sauce
- 6 oz thinly sliced deli ham, cut in strips
- 1 (8oz) can pineapple tidbits (drained)
- 1 (15.25oz) can Kuner’s® Whole Kernel Corn (drained)
- 6 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
Direction
- Heat oven to 425°F. Place pitas on large cookie sheet or 2 smaller cookie sheets. Spread each with about 2 tablespoons sauce.
- Top evenly with ham, pineapple and corn. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake 5 to 6 minutes or until crusts are crisp and toppings and hot and bubbly. Cut in wedges to serve.
