Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 600 ml unsweetened almond milk
- 200 grams baby spinach
- 2 avocados
- 3 tbsp chis seeds
- 2 tsp finely chopped ginger
- 2 tbsp honey
Direction
- Gather all of the ingredients together.
- Wash the spinach.
- Soak the chia seeds in half of the almond milk for 5 – 10 minutes.
- Place all of the ingredients into the blender and blitz until smooth.
- And there you have it. A wonderful avocado and spinach detox. Yum!
