Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- ½ banana, frozen
- 1 cup chopped fresh or frozen peach
- 1 cup chopped fresh red apple, skin removed
- 4 ice cubes
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional, and you can add more or less as you like)
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger (optional)
Direction
- Place all ingredients into a blender. Pulse a few times, then puree until smooth. Add a small amount of ice to give it more juice. Make sure all ingredients are evenly smooth before pouring and enjoying!
