Ingredients
- 1 store bought whole wheat or multi-grain pizza dough, or homemade if you prefer
- 1 1/2 cups cubed pineapple, fresh or canned, drain well if using canned
- 1 cup chopped cooked ham
- 1/3 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 cup shredded whole milk mozzarella
- 1-2 green onions, chopped
Direction
- Preheat oven and a pizza stone (if using) to 500°F.
- Roll the dough out and spread the BBQ sauce evenly leaving a 1/2 inch border.
- Spread the ham and pineapple on top of the sauce and top with the cheese.
- Transfer dough to the pizza stone in the oven and bake for about 12 minutes until cheese is melted and crust is starting to turn golden brown around the edges.
- Remove pizza from the oven and garnish with the green onions.
