- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup diced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked egg noodles or rice for serving
Instructions:
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Brown beef slices in batches and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté onion, garlic, and mushrooms until softened.
- Stir in beef broth and bring to a simmer. Return beef to the skillet.
- Stir in sour cream and Dijon mustard. Cook until heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper. Serve over egg noodles or rice.
