Ingredients
- 4 Chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp Tikka seasoning/spice mix
- 2 tsp Oil
To serve:
- 4 Brioche buns
- 1/2 Red onion, cut into thinly sliced rings
- Lettuce
- Dollop of mango chutney
Instructions
- Flatten the the chicken breasts, I do this by bashing them with a rolling pin between a sheet of baking paper.
- Sprinkle over the tikka seasoning.
- To Cook on the Hob:
- In a large frying pan, heat the oil and pan fry your chicken breasts for about 7 minutes each side on a medium heat (this will depend on how much you’ve flattened them so just cut one open to check it’s cooked before serving).
- To Cook in the Air Fryer:
- Spray the bottom of the air fryer with some oil.
- Carefully add the coated chicken breasts to the air fryer basket. Spray the tops with a little oil.
- Air Fry at 200c for 10-15 minutes (the timings will depend on how thick the chicken breasts are, always check with a thermometer to be sure).
- To Serve:
- Plate up your burgers. I like to toast the brioche buns. Enjoy
