Ingredients
- 1 kg – boneless chicken
- 1 teaspoon – ginger garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon – salt
- 3 teaspoon – chicken tikka masala
- 1 pinch – food colour
- 1 tablespoon – oil
- 1 teaspoon – black pepper
- 1 cup – tahini sauce
- 1 cup – hummus
- 1 cup – mayonnaise
- 1 cup – cabbage chopped
- half cup – carrots chopped
- Half cup – chili garlic sauce
- 4-5 – pita bread Homemade
- 3 cup – maida for pita bread
- 1 packet – yeast powder
- 1 teaspoon – salt
- 1 teaspoon – sugar
- 1 tablespoon – oil
- 1 cup – milk
Cooking Instructions
- 1Take a bowl and add chicken now marinate chicken tikka masala,ginjer garlic paste salt, & paper in it one pinch food colour
- 2Cover it & put a side for 15 minutes
- 3Now Take another bowl for Making pita bread put maida inside
- 4Now add yeast powder,oil,salt,sugar,
pour inside milk & make soft dough.keep aside for 20 minutes - 5Now take a pan put oil in it.fry marinated chicken till it becomes crispy & golden
- Take a tawa
& Put it in slow medium flame.now take rising maida make small pera like roty.roll it like small roty.cook from both side - 7Chopped vegetables
- 8Now in 1st step take cook pita bread
- Spread, tahania sauce,hummus,chili garlic sauce, mayunise
- Now add chopped vegetables & cooked chicken
- Roll it & wrapped in butter paper
- It’s ready to serve
