Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instruction
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate large bowl, beat together the granulated sugar and vegetable oil until well combined.
- Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Using a cookie scoop or spoon, drop rounded tablespoonfuls of dough into the powdered sugar. Roll the dough balls until they are fully coated.
- Place the coated dough balls onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are set but the centers are still slightly soft.
- Remove from the oven and allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Serve and enjoy!
