- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 lb (450g) asparagus, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh dill, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, toss asparagus with 1 tablespoon olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Brush salmon fillets with remaining olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill salmon fillets for 4-5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
- Grill asparagus alongside salmon for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender.
- Serve grilled salmon with asparagus. Garnish with chopped fresh dill.
