- 1 medium spaghetti squash
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Paleo marinara sauce
- Paleo turkey meatballs (from previous recipe)
- Fresh basil, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.
- Drizzle olive oil over the cut sides of the squash and season with salt and pepper.
- Place squash halves cut-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 40-50 minutes until squash is tender and easily pierced with a fork.
- While the squash is roasting, prepare Paleo turkey meatballs and warm Paleo marinara sauce.
- Scrape the flesh of the cooked spaghetti squash with a fork to shred into strands.
- Serve spaghetti squash topped with Paleo turkey meatballs and marinara sauce.
- Garnish with chopped fresh basil before serving.
