Ingredients
- 2 (3.29-ounce) bags 3.29-ounce bags plain microwave popcorn
- 1 (24-ounce) package vanilla bark (or candy coating)
- 1 cup M&M’s
Direction
- Pop popcorn and pour into a large bowl, removing any un-popped kernels.
- Break vanilla bark into squares and place in a medium pot over low heat. Cook, stirring constantly with a rubber spatula, until melted. Remove from the heat.
- Pour candy coating over popcorn and mix until coated.
- Add M&M’s and mix, then spread popcorn out onto a parchment paper–lined baking sheet. Let sit for 15 minutes, until hardened.
