- 1 lb (450g) ground turkey
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Marinara sauce (Paleo-friendly, for serving)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, almond flour, egg, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried basil, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs (about 1-2 tablespoons each).
- Heat olive oil in an oven-proof skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add meatballs to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until browned.
- Transfer skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes until meatballs are cooked through.
- Serve Paleo turkey meatballs with marinara sauce.
